The practice assessment begins with an initial intake meeting designed to understand your goals, challenges, and the current operations of the practice. This is followed by a comprehensive review of business and practice documents to evaluate workflows, systems, and performance metrics.
A follow up meeting is then conducted to discuss and clarify preliminary findings. After this, a detailed report is generated with targeted recommendations for specific changes to support practice improvement and growth. A meeting is scheduled to review the report and outline next steps.
Finally, to support successful implementation and accountability, 30, 60, and 90-day follow ups are scheduled to assess progress, identify challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
